Peelable cellulose casings
Regenerated cellulose casings are suitable for the production of cooked and/or lightly seasoned products such as sausages, mini sausages and cooked sausages.
They are supplied shirred, ready-to-use sticks for high-speed automatic machines and are permeable to smoke and water vapour.
The advantages of using these casings are:

- configuration with colouring for identification of foreign bodies during peeling
